I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Trident Technical College. My education at Trident provided me with a solid foundation and skill set, along side gaining several professional mentors. During the program I gained first hand experience working with clients in a clinic environment. I was able to hone my craft under the watchful eye of several dedicated and gifted therapists, many who have become friends.
Following graduation and licensing, I was encouraged to interview with a local chiropractor - a step I probably wouldn't have taken alone. That recommendation paired with a awkward, yet hire worthy interview and massage started my career as a therapist. Working with Dr. Alykhan Shariffl, and the senior LMT at Advanced Spinal Care has been crucial to furthering my own professional goals and confidence as a therapist. With the encouragement of several key individuals, particularly Dr. Shariff, I made the decision to finalize plans to open my own small practice in late 2015.
Today I continue to split my time between my own practice and Advanced Spinal Care. A key goal of opening my practice was to of focus helping clients establish personal routes to improved overall wellness. With this in mind, and through a lot of chance encounters, I have had the pleasure of establishing relationships with likeminded health care professionals - a continue to see this goal come to fruition.
Amongst the wellness services I provide or have a trusted referral: Massage Therapy (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, hot stone), chiropractic care, dry needling, silicone and glass cupping, reiki, nutritional counciling, holistic health
